Event Surveyor

So, what’s the opportunity?

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team to conduct in-person surveys during an international event taking place in Calgary from July 4-9, 2023. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data from the public to help us understand their perceptions of the event and the demographic makeup of those attending the event. This is a great opportunity, particularly for university students, looking to gain experience in the field of public affairs and communications. While this is paid employment, if individuals would like to use this opportunity to meet volunteer requirements that can be arranged.

The responsibilities related to this position include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct surveys with members of the public
• Collect responses from participants
• Interact with members of the public in a professional and courteous manner
• Work with the team to meet project deliverables
