Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will
Lead inbound and outbound sales across multiple entities
Develop integrated client solutions and partnership offerings, working with internal teams to tailor packages that meet client objectives and drive measurable results.
Build and manage client relationships and strategic partnerships, including performance tracking, renewal planning, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with ad-ops and other internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
Track outreach, sales activity, pipeline development, and campaign performance.
Drive marketing efforts and collaborate across teams to help bring new initiatives and products to market.
Support spark*’s broader business development efforts, including supporting the business development team with new pursuits.
The Ideal Candidate
2-3 years in sales, media, partnerships, or business development
Comfortable handling inbound leads and generating new opportunities
Strong communicator who is confident pitching, presenting, and building relationships
Solutions-oriented and creative in tailoring client offerings
Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven
Organized and detail-focused, able to manage multiple campaigns
Collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership
Base compensation of $50,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience, along with a performance based commission framework to be discussed with the successful candidate.
