Sales + Partnerships Coordinator

The Role

spark* is hiring a Sales + Partnerships Coordinator to lead day-to-day sales operations and support strategic partnership and business development efforts internally and for our affiliate media partners. You’ll manage inbound and outbound sales, oversee ad implementation, and play a key role in building relationships with agencies, associations, and political and public sector stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will

  • Lead inbound and outbound sales across multiple entities

  • Develop integrated client solutions and partnership offerings, working with internal teams to tailor packages that meet client objectives and drive measurable results.

  • Build and manage client relationships and strategic partnerships, including performance tracking, renewal planning, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate with ad-ops and other internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.

  • Track outreach, sales activity, pipeline development, and campaign performance.

  • Drive marketing efforts and collaborate across teams to help bring new initiatives and products to market.

  • Support spark*’s broader business development efforts, including supporting the business development team with new pursuits.


The Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years in sales, media, partnerships, or business development

  • Comfortable handling inbound leads and generating new opportunities

  • Strong communicator who is confident pitching, presenting, and building relationships

  • Solutions-oriented and creative in tailoring client offerings

  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven

  • Organized and detail-focused, able to manage multiple campaigns

  • Collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership
