Her career spans working at various ad agencies and on the client side, where she has led national campaigns, cultivated long-term client relationships, and guided cross-functional teams through complex, multi-channel initiatives. She combines big-picture thinking with disciplined execution, always keeping collaboration and shared vision at the core of how she works.

Alongside her full career, Crystal shares her expertise as a part-time Professor in Algonquin College’s Advertising and Marketing Communications Management program, helping prepare the next generation of marketing professionals. You’ll almost always find her with a caffeinated drink in hand—an essential companion for navigating complex projects and creative brainstorming.

Outside of work, Crystal finds balance at the barn, spending time with her horse and enjoying the quiet connection it brings.
