Emily brings a range of experience from working in both the corporate and non-profit sectors in social media and communications.

At spark*, Emily oversees communications and social media strategy for our clients and our corporate accounts. This includes social media channels, blogs, newsletters, and more. Previously, she worked at Sunwing Travel Group where she managed the company’s social media for its numerous brands, both customer-facing and internal.

Her areas of specialty include organic and paid media, communications, public relations, and corporate training sessions. Emily holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from McGill University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.

Emily splits her time between Ottawa and Halifax, and when she’s not working, enjoys spending time outside (especially by the ocean).
