Born and raised in Toronto, Lauren moved to Ottawa to complete her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing at the University of Ottawa.

During her time as a student, she leveraged her passion for digital marketing to create social media and web content for several public sector organizations. Now, she’s excited to bring her love for writing and content creation to new projects at spark*.

When she’s not at work, Lauren can be found reading, going to concerts, and trying out new recipes.
