Director of Operations and Human Resources
Michelle considers herself an organization enthusiast.
She uses her talent in administration, project management and organization to support the goals of those she works with.
She brings to spark* a wide range of skills with her experience at both small and large firms in the financial, marketing, and non-profit sectors. Some of the roles she has stepped into include Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Marketing Manager and Event Coordinator. She has been involved in the coordination of many events in the Ottawa community throughout her 20 plus years here.
Michelle believes the most important thing in what she does is relationships and has spent her career building strong connections with those around her, whether it be colleagues, clients, suppliers, or donors.
When not working, Michelle can be found baking banana bread, worshiping the Home Edit, and playing with her two dogs Harley and Chloe.
