Praj started her career at a digital agency in Mumbai, spending three years running research and strategy for global brands. Her curiosity about people and behaviour eventually led her toward human-centred design, where she spent time in UX research and service design across public-sector and social impact work. Now, she's channelling that same curiosity into market research: uncovering what drives people and turning it into insight.
Outside of work, she enjoys good food, time in nature, and exploring somewhere new.
